We want you to enjoy shopping at hyggeligt and to feel comfortable ordering from us. Your privacy and security is important. We will never sell or distribute any customer information, under any circumstance.

Shipping
We ship Worldwide!

Shipping charges apply to all orders.
We use Canada Post regular service unless you request otherwise. See link for other services available.

Canada post

We usually process orders within 1-3 business days depending on the time of year.

PayPal automatically adds shipping (usually ground) to your order.  Feel free to contact us for more information, if you require faster service or an alternate carrier

Taxes
Orders delivered within the province of Ontario will have 13% combined PST (8%) and GST(5%) added.

Orders delivered outside Ontario yet within Canada will have 5% GST added.

International orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to customs duties and taxes but are not pre-collected.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars and you will be charged the Canadian Dollar amount.

Purchases will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company at the current date's bank rate.

Fabrics are sold by the yard and minimum cut is 1/2 of a yard and 1/4 yard increments over that. We do often have 'fat quarters'. If interested please contact us for availability.

Return Policy
If we made an error and shipped you an incorrect or defective item, etc. please return and we'll refund the product and all shipping costs. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
