Sydney, Melbourne and Tasmania, including the Australasian Quilt Convention (AQC) in Melbourne and some of Australia’s iconic experiences. ITINERARY LINK HERE , registration is here
Some of the highlights we are looking at include:
- Sydney – Sydney Harbour, Opera House, The Rocks and other iconic sights
- Melbourne – Australasian Quilt Convention and plenty of time to enjoy the show and shopping
- Handwork & textile experiences – we are looking for something special and hands-on, such as a textile museum, weaving, fibre arts or a unique local craft experience
- Tasmania – exploring Hobart and the surrounding area
- Salamanca Market – we would plan the itinerary so we could experience this wonderful Saturday market
We would be looking at 4-star hotels, a local Australian tour manager, transportation, domestic flights and sightseeing.
At this stage, an estimated cost would be approximately $12,000 CAD per person, plus travel insurance and any optional extras.
Flights cannot be confirmed or finalized until approximately 11 months before departure, so the final price will depend on airfare, hotels and other arrangements available at that time.
Joining us for this Australian adventure!
I think this could be a really wonderful trip!
